Managing poor performance takes up a considerable amount of management time and resources. Poor performance within a team can lead to low morale, frustration, lack of cooperation and conflict.
This practical one-day workshop provides managers with the tools and techniques to spot the early warning signs and take action before performance becomes and issue. It also helps the manager learn how to prepare for the performance meeting and practise the skills of managing that meeting.

Session 3: Preparation for the Performance Meeting
Steps for the manager & the individual, creating the right environment & communicating the ‘right’ message
Session 4: Skills Practice
Using case studies and ‘real life’ situations
